Visitor privacy

ChemHero measures visits to improve its chemistry study tools. An anonymous random browser identifier and a session identifier are stored in your browser. A session expires after 30 minutes without a recorded page view.

Our private instructor report includes page paths, visit times, approximate country/state/city supplied by the hosting provider, referring website hostname, and broad device type. We do not save IP addresses, precise coordinates, names, emails, student questions, or student answers in visitor analytics. We do not send your connection to an external location service.

Approximate location can be inaccurate or unavailable. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Clearing browser storage resets your anonymous identifier. Signed-in instructor traffic and known bots are excluded. This report does not identify individual students.

Learning profiles and messages submitted to Dr. Masadeh are separate from visitor analytics. ChemHero tutoring conversations happen in the external AI service you choose.
